[Offintheshower] FW: fees still owed

Ok...

We're still a few dollars short of making the final payment of league fees.  I've got an extension until Monday (tomorrow) to pay, so I need to get the money from the last few guys.  If I don't have all the money tomorrow,  they said they would start cancelling games and field times.

I need money from Paul, Jake and Marc.  $30 each and we'll have the fees covered.  Please email me today with when and where to pick up the money.  

Jake and Marc, if you are not playing anymore, please let me know... But we really need your talent on the field.so hopefully you're still in.

We need to have our fees paid by tonight.  The following people still owe
the following amounts.  Please let me know when and where I can come pick
the money up today.  I need to be at the field at 9:45 to pay.  This is the
final round of fees - once these are paid there will be no more money owed.

I have $140 which I collected last night from Jeff, Jeremy, Ricardo and
Cuyler.  I haven't paid myself yet but I am 50 dollars out from last round -
so I'll consider myself $20 out now.  If we collect from all these people,
we'll have $400 and still be $50 shy (and need Marc or Jake to pay their
fees to make the fees.)  

I need to know if Jake and Marc plan on playing again.  If so, I need $50
from each.  If not, Marc owed $10 for the one game he played, and we'll
consider Jake off the team.

We have 7 more games - last night was the first game of the second half of
the season - so though it might seem like a lot of money for people who
haven't played too many games, there are several games left to get your
moneys worth.   Plus, there is a tournament/playoffs March 2nd where we can
probably cound on a few more games.  And, from now on, we will be playing
the lower end of the talent pool in the league so our chances of actually
winning should be better.

I don't know what do do if we can't cover all the costs.  I might have to
ask everyone to throw in an extra 5-10 bucks (today!) to cover it - I don't
expect to get back the money I am owed, and I can't cover the remaining
costs again.  I'll let you know as soon as I've made arrangements to get the
money if we all need to throw in a few more bucks.

It is very important that you reply to this message soon!

Here's a list of who's up to date on their payments now...

The following people have payed up the second round of fees (everyone paid
20 bucks this last go-around):

Thats $200, plus the $200 we took from the poker tournament = $400.  I had
to shell out an extra $50 out of my own pocket last time we paid, I won't be
doing that again...

So that's a total of $80 to $120 still owed (depending on Marc and Jake),
take off the $50 I am owed and that's $30-$70.  Once this has been paid up,
we can take the $30-$70 and put it towards the final $450 owed this week.
Let's say we collect $100 of that money, $50 towards the fees, that's $400
we need to come up with this week.  By the looks of things, we have 13 - 15
players left on the roster, so that's:

13 players: $31 each
15 players: $27 each

If possible, please bring the cash you owe to tonight's game - please let me
know if you can't make it and I'll try to make arrangements to get the money

Hi All
Hope everyone had a great holiday season and you are all ready to play some
more football - need to cover a few things in the New Year

1.	Moon Devils, Draughtsmen, Super Meg and Off in the Shower owe their
last $450 this week, please give your money to one of the executive members
either Wednesday or Thursday, thanks in advance! 

2.	The Soccer people have asked that all teams make sure to remember to
help with the curtains and the soccer goals - please move into place for the
early game and back into place after the late game, we started off good but
have been slipping lately - let's get back in the habit and make sure to
make a good impression. 

3.	Referee's - please be prompt and above all, the whistles are there
for a reason, blow them when there is a tag and make sure everyone can hear
you! Also, please give teams several time warnings as the clock ticks down
at the half and games end- my preference would be 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1
minute and one play remaining - this would help everyone out. 

4.	Once the Men's teams have played each other once, we will be
re-aligning the division - so don't expect the new schedule for a couple of
weeks, I will try to get done as quickly as possible 

5.	Keep Saturday March 4th open - we plan on having the field from 2 -
9 to run the playoffs and hopefully have a windup in the bar that evening
