I wasn't planning on attending this evening, as I have a large assignment
for chem 310 due tomorrow, but since I was planning on sending the shirts
with brian, and I understand that he is no longer going, I guess I will be
there tonight then.

>Who's going to be at the game tonight (11 pm.)? Once I know who's going to
>be there, Coach Dan will assign some positions. I think we'll try again
>this week to have one group play offense for one half, and one group play
>offence for another half, assuming we get 12 guys out.
>
>Also, we need a volunteer to ref the 10 pm. game. As I mentioned before,
>I
>don't mind reffing later in the season but this week with my new baby I
>don't want to be away from home very long. Fatherhood has made me
>paranoid.

>Things to remember:
>- Bring your T-shirt money ($15) if you haven't already done so. Farrell
>has your shirt and will bring it to the game.
>- Bring your league fees ($30). Cash or a cheque made out to "Regina Touch
>Football - Winter League" is fine. We need this money by the weekend as we
>have to hand it in before our next game on the 2nd.
>- The first man there, trade your car keys at the desk for a locker room
>key. I think getting there early (10:15 - 10:30) and spending some time in
>the locker room reviewing the playbook (thanks to Terrence) that Jeremy has
>mailed to the list is a good idea. Plus I am shy about changing on the
>field in front of the coed teams.
>
>As practice times are obviously not going to happen much, I think it might
>be a good idea when the defence is on the field for the offence to be
>practicing plays in the other teams endzone (so the play is going away from
>them.) We've got a set of 12 plays, now if the QBs and receivers could
>stick to them we have a better chance of winning some games and relieving
>other teams of the humility of admitting they beat off in the shower.
>
>If (and this is debatable) I QB at all tonight I will be sticking to the
>playbook for every play. I would encourage whoever else ends up calling
>the
>shots to do the same.
>
>Everyone knows that there is no spitting or expulsion of other bodily
>fluids
>on the field, right? The penalty is being kicked out of the building, plus
>a 25 yard on field penalty on the team. Just reminding you.
