I'm no football expert but my assessment - 

On o - We need to practice really badly and we need to have designed plays
with one or two go to receivers. Yeah, we didn't have a QB last night but I
think the bigger problem was not having any designed plays ot not running
them properly. Oh and a good long snapper wouldn't hurt - the other teams qb
was fat and old and didn't scramble a whole lot but did well and I think in
part that was because he stood about ten yards or more back for the snap,
which gave him more time to set and throw before the rusher got there. 

On D - the 23, 32, 41 zones work well at times but I think all we need is to
have a good undertanding of where every one needs to be on the field and
someone to call out the D - so we can switch it up. We didn't run any man D
last night either and in the first game that seemed to work well at
times....so we might want to throw that into the mix.
 
Highlite of the night last night - the 4 man blitz we sent at them on the 2
point convert......high risk, high reward.....
