To rent a school gym, one of these forms must be filled out.  I believe we 
give this back to Central Scheduling, and they'll forward this to a school 
of our choice.  The school will either approve or disapprove that 
application, set the fees, and then, return the form.  This is an 
estimated 2 week process.  Also, I cannot confirm any rates because each 
school determines their own fees.  Perhaps we can contact some schools in 
advance to find this information. 
If we are going to rent a gym, I'd suggest we do it quickly because once 
December hits, most gyms will be booked with school productions, events, 
etc....  Otherwise, I have no problem practicing outside before the 
weather turns bad.
