Thanks for the overwhelming response.

Since nobody objected to the date of the 25th, this is confirmed.  Since
nobody confirmed that it was ok, I hope it is.
You are welcome to play in the tournament, but we will need about 8 people
to run the show (I'll be one of those guys).  Please let me know if you can
make it or not.

Please forward the below information to anyone who you think may be
interested in coming out.  I'm hopng we get about 75 out, that might be a
bit optimistic but it sure would be nice.  

If nobody shows up to this tournament, you all have to give me more money
for league fees...
 
Also, I'd like to have some door prizes - some random, some for the winners,
some for first out, etc.  I'll be checking with the Rider Store to see if
they will donate something, can one of you Sasktel employees see what you
can get out of that fine organization?  Also, if you know of any place that
might be willing to donate, please see what you can do and let me know.
This is only 9 days away, so we need to get on this soon.

Registration: 6:00 p.m. Come early for supper and drinks.

Buy in: $25 - 2000 points in chips
Unlimited Re-buys for levels 1,2,3 = $15 for 2000 in chips (must be out)
Add-on at end of level 3 - $10 for 2000 in chips

We'll start with tables of 8 (as many as we need) or 10 if we are full.

We will tally up chip counts at each break and shuffle tables around if
necessary - if enough players full table has been eliminated at any break,
we will randomly redraw all tables. Otherwise, random players from tables
with more players will be moved to tables with less players. If a table gets
down to 4 players at any time, those players will be redistributed among
other tables.

>From this point on, blinds will double every 20 minutes. There will be no
more breaks - hopefully we are down to the final table by now.

We'll also allow side tables for players who have been eliminated, where we
take 25% of the $10 buyin.

The top 8 players will receive part of the prize pool, which is 50% of the
money we take in.  The prize pool will be announced during one of the
breaks.
